Once we have received your application along with the supporting info, We will check your credit file & credit score.

These checks will tell us how healthy (or not) your credit file is & will provide us with your credit score which will be the main factor that determines your interest rate.

As part of our compliance & due diligence, HELLO Lending will ensure that we work towards finding you a product that suits your requirements & objectives - Meaning, We will listen to exactly what you want from your purchase as well as the loan & make sure this is something that can be achieved.

We will work with you to ensure that you have calculated exactly how much you need for the purchase, As well as allowing for unexpected costs such as labour, mechanical repairs, dyno tune costs etc.

This will provide us with a total figure that you will need to borrow we can work out the best lender for you as well as repayments.

We will work with our lenders to provide a rate quote. This has NO impact on your credit file.

This tool simply allows us to see what each lender will score your application overall. With this, We can work out the interest rate that you will receive.

We will now work with you to choose the loan term that works best for you.

We have loan terms starting from 6 months to 7 years (84 months).

You have the choice of loan term that suits you best. In some instances, We may need to do the loan over a 5 or 7 year loan term due to capacity.

We work with lenders that DO NOT charge fees to pay out your loan early OR charge fees for making extra repayments.

This saves you significantly over the term of your loan.

HELLO Lending will ensure that we analyse your supporting information that you have sent through, Conduct all required credit checks, employment checks, verify income & expenses from your bank statements & conversations with you.

All of this work on our end will improve your chances of approval as we are not leaving any undisclosed information for the lender to discover.

Once approved, We arrange your loan papers as well as compliance papers & proceed to settlement.

All going well, Loan submission through to settlement usually takes 48 hours.

It is at this point that you get to enjoy your new upgrades!
